1. Introduction

Your privacy is important to BaseballPips ("we", "us", or "our"). This webpage details our policies regarding our handling of your data. By downloading and using BaseballPips, you accept the terms of this policy. You may opt out at any time by ceasing your use of BaseballPips and deleting the app from your devices.


2. Data we collect

BaseballPips collects data whenever your phone interacts with our server. We collect three types of personally identifiable data:

4. Data usage

Section 4.b. applies to all data collected by BaseballPips. Specific data items may be subject to additional restrictions which are detailed in sections 4.c., 4.d., and 4.e. Such additional restrictions supersede the general policy set forth in Section 4.b.

b. All data

All data collected may be used in any way by the developers of BaseballPips for purposes including but not limited to: troubleshooting and fixing bugs, studying usage trends, and providing improved features. We do not guarantee that this data will be anonymized before usage, but we do guarantee this data will not be used with the intent to track or build a profile of individual users.

c. Incidental data

Incidental data as defined in section 2.c. may not be automatically processed or compiled contemporaneously with its generation. This restriction does not prevent incidental data from being reviewed or discretely compiled in the following cases:

Your email address may not be stored in a database or other dedicated storage solution. Instead, your email address may only be forwarded to the developer's email inbox when it is submitted as part of a submission to the "Contact Us" form. Moreover, it can only be used to contact you in direct response to the feedback you provided. Such a direct response may occur after any length of time, as long as it is responsive to the original message. Your email may not be used for any other purpose including additional, unsolicited communications, like marketing.

5. Data sharing

Your data will never be shared with a third party.
